Once counselling services,
assessments, or sessions have commenced, no refunds will be issued under
any circumstances.
2. Assessment
Access
Psychometric assessments
and digital resources are non-refundable once activated.

Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds, if any, are
considered solely at the discretion of Saraswati EduCounselling and evaluated
on a case-by-case basis.
4.
Transferability
Fees paid are non-transferable
to another student or service unless explicitly approved in writing.
